Mission
In partnership with the C40 Cities Climate Leadership Group (www.c40cities.org) and the City of Basel, Global Energy Basel (GEB) is a gathering of leaders and experts from cities, governments, private banks, investors, multilateral financing institutions, pension funds, charitable foundations, commercial banks, NGOs, economists and media to focus on financing sustainable infrastructure. Participants will:
- Address the global financing landscape for sustainable infrastructure development
- Help to resolve the most pressing issues related to sustainable infrastructure finance
- Present good practices for sustainable infrastructure financing
- Present sustainable infrastructure projects to an active investment community
