Global Energy Basel 2011 brought together Mayors and Directors for the Environment and for Finance from thirty cities of the C40 Large Cities Climate Leadership Group network. The C40 helps large cities reduce greenhouse gas emissions through a range of energy efficiency and clean energy programs.
